Every project is unique, but over fifteen years, we’ve found that some lessons are universal. Our portfolio is a collection of complexities managed, solutions pioneered, and great buildings delivered.

The Black & White Building

Mass Timber | Pioneering | Beautiful

London’s Tallest Mass Timber Building, delivered in a constrained and complex location next to the Overground Railway, requiring consideration around sensitive neighbouring uses.

Tintagel House

Placemaking | Landscaped | Urban Gardens

The extension of an unloved former Metropolitan Police office, repurposing it into a destination building with a panoramic roof terrace looking out towards the Houses of Parliament with a lush riverside garden. This project involved complex consents assembly.

The Shard

Luxury | Injecting Warmth | Taking the Views

Created on the 24th and 25th floors of The Shard, interiors aligned with the building architecture that work to soften and humanise it. Complex engineering solutions were necessary to cut out the floorslab and create a feature staircase descending to a river view.

The Stanley Building

History | Modernity | Cool

At the entrance to Kings Cross Central, a new-build Petersen brick and anodised aluminium facade wraps around the carefully preserved and retrofitted last remaining Stanley Building, with a modern industrial staircase connecting the visitor amenities across the Ground and First floor.

Brock House Great Portland Street

Unique | Island Site | Classic

This former Automotive showroom turned Music Hall on an island site adjacent to the BBC Broadcasting House was transformed to create a classic and luxurious interior.

York House

Retrofit | Timber Extensions | Transformative

An anonymous brown building lost in the shadows, brought out to face the street with a pioneering laced brick facade, front, rear, and rooftop timber extensions, and a sunken lightwell to create a beautiful office in former plant space at basement level.

201 Borough High Street

Discovered Beauty | Timber Roof Extension | Industrial Style

A generic redbrick and green felt roofed seventies office hid beautiful concrete coffered ceilings. Painted black, and extended upwards with a new CLT slab and corten cladding, this building was beautifully transformed.

Summit House

Calming | Heritage | Hospitality

A Listed Ceramic Feance building overlooking a Garden Square in Midtown. After a careful due diligence process given the uniqueness of the historic facade, this project delivered an equally unique interior that’s a real pleasure to spend time in.

Liberty House Regent Street

Liberty-inspired | Fashion | Calm

This complex, complete back-to-slab internal refurbishment of a tired Regent Street building was necessary in order to establish a Liberty-inspired interior design, offering refuge from the bustling fashion streets below.
